Our Leadership Team
Stuart Woollard’s career spans professional and financial services, company leadership, and academia. He co-founded the Maturity Institute and is the author of ‘The Mature Corporation – a Model of Responsible Capitalism”. Stuart has assessed and rated hundreds of organisations, gauging their ability to maximise human value, mitigate people risk, and improve societal impact. He has also trained investment professionals, senior executives, and a range of business advisors to better understand how much people contribute to performance and value.
Johan Southey is a Partner at the Maturity Institute and a seasoned business coach with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. He is also an award-winning business owner and entrepreneur. Johan’s philosophy centres on providing clarity, focus, and accountability, enabling clients to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Johan is passionate about fostering growth and development, both professionally and personally, and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the business owners he works with.
